Signatories
TCH is proud to announce its latest initiative aimed at recognizing and supporting businesses that demonstrate exemplary commitment to social responsibility. Through this program, known as the Signatory Initiative, TCH will identify and honor companies that prioritize ethical practices, sustainability, and community engagement. These recognized businesses are united by their dedication to making a positive impact on society.
The Signatory Initiative reflects TCH's mission to promote responsible business conduct and contribute to the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals. By highlighting the efforts of these signatory companies, TCH seeks to inspire others to follow suit and embrace corporate social responsibility as a cornerstone of their operations. Through this collective endeavor, TCH aims to foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and ethical leadership in the global business community.
Participation in the Signatory Initiative is voluntary, and companies selected as signatories will receive recognition for their commitment to social responsibility through various channels, including TCH's website, events, and publications. Moreover, signatories will have access to support and resources to further enhance their sustainability initiatives and amplify their positive impact.
Recruitment Policy
TCH does not offer exclusivity, but equally it has no desire to create conflict and does not aim to attract a new company in a country where there is already an existing member. The possible appointment of another member in the same country or region of an existing member depends on many factors - for example the size of the existing company, the size of the country/economy, regional cultures/languages, specialization, the wishes of other members. The final decision to appoint a new member rests with the Board, but an existing full member must be consulted about the potential appointment of another company in the country of an existing member and the Board must also consider their views.
Entry Criteria
TCH is a rapidly growing alliance that upholds high standards to ensure client satisfaction globally. Therefore, each firm is thoroughly vetted before being invited to join the alliance. This process benefits both the prospective member and us.
Each candidate firm must possess a strong reputation and a growing market profile.
Naturally, we also expect responsiveness, efficient and high-quality client service, local expertise, and results-driven work.
Every three years each member firm is reexamined by TCH. This ensures all companies continue to meet our values, high standards for quality, practice capabilities, client satisfaction, and comply with all other membership criteria.
